HANDOUTS Many audience members will request handouts (i.e., a presentation outline, copies of slides, etc). It may also be helpful to distribute the presenter's contact information so the audience can follow-up after the meeting has adjourned. It is also recommended that presenters bring a sign up sheet on a clipboard if you run out of handouts. This way, extra copies can be mailed to those who request them.
A small business center is located on site and offers some business services. Copying charges are at your own expense.
INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
Each poster will be presented on either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Please check the online conference program to determine the session to which your poster has been assigned:
POSTERS SHOULD BE NO LARGER THAN 4 FEET HIGH BY 4 FEET WIDE (1.2 meters by 1.2 meters). A small poster number will also take up a few inches near the top center of the board. Two posters will be assigned to share one 4 foot by 8 foot bulletin board and can be affixed using push pins. To show respect for your colleagues with whom you will share display space, we ask that you keep your posters to the 4 foot by 4 foot maximum size.

POSTER DISMANTLE
Immediately following your scheduled poster session, display materials must be taken down and removed. Items not removed by your appointed poster dismantle time will be disposed of and are not the responsibility of SCRA.
MULTIPLE POSTERS
If you are scheduled to present multiple posters on the same day, we recommend that you place a sign on your poster board that states, "I have another poster presentation located at (Poster Board Number)". This will allow attendees to locate you if they have a question. Assigned poster boards for each poster presentation will be noted in the conference program.
AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT
Audiovisual equipment is NOT allowed with poster presentations. The room layout does not accommodate usage of electrical outlets or provide enough room between posters to project images.
INFORMATION FOR INNOVATIVE SESSION AND WORKSHOP PRESENTERS
Innovative sessions and workshops have been allotted ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES (75 minutes total) for presentation. Please check the online conference program to determine the scheduled time of your presentation:
All innovative sessions and workshops will be scheduled in rooms with 10 foot round tables (i.e., speaker and projector at front of room; chairs around tables for audience members). We ask that you plan for presentations that will accommodate this type of seating and that presenters DO NOT rearrange chairs for or during sessions.
AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT
Each innovative session and workshop room will be equipped with an IBM-compatible computer, loaded with Microsoft Office 2003 and PowerPoint, and projector. All presenters should bring electronic materials for display in a format compatible with PowerPoint and on a thumb drive (floppy and CD drives will NOT be available).
Presenters running internet-based or other applications should contact Kelly Abbott at scra_contact@ulv.edu to insure appropriate equipment is available.
Although we can not guarantee that interfaces beyond those described here can be provided, we will attempt to assist you as we are able. Special requests can be directed to Kelly Abbott at scra_contact@ulv.edu.
